Трудовой конфликт можно определить как конфликт между одним или несколькими нанимателями или их организациями и одним или несколькими рабочими или их организациями, который имеет отношение к условиям приема на работу или к физическим условиям, в которых должны работать рабочие, окончанию срока или приостановке работы по найму, распределению работы между рабочими или группами рабочих, процедурному соглашению или любому вопросу, к которому может иметь отношение процедурное соглашение. — It can be defined as a dispute between one or more employers or organizations of employers and one or more workers or organizations of workers, which relates to terms and conditions of employment or the physical conditions in which any workers are required to work, termination or suspension of employment, allocation of work between workers or groups of workers, a procedure agreement or any matter to which a procedure agreement can relate.
